Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or a gift voucher to the value of the original purchase, provided the item meets the criteria for refund under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@hghome.ie. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

We only cover the cost of return shipping in exceptional circumstances, and this must be agreed in writing before the item is sent back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it through our standard returns process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer. Customs delays are outside of our control.

If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is refused, the carrier may return or dispose of the package.

If the parcel is returned to us, we can refund the product cost only, minus shipping & handelling and any fees charged back to us.
If the parcel is not returned, no refund can be issued.
